Terms of Service

1. Description of Service

ViziBull is a SaaS platform that tracks brand mentions and visibility across AI-powered search engines and chatbots, including daily tracking, GEO scoring, gap reports, competitor analysis, and improvement plans.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use ViziBull.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

• ViziBull is offered on paid monthly or annual subscription plans billed in advance.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay / Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing.
• All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
• Accounts with failed payments may be suspended until payment is settled.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service unlawfully; track brands or individuals without authorization; reverse-engineer the platform; scrape data beyond normal API usage; resell access without written consent; or circumvent plan limits.

6. Intellectual Property

ViziBull and all associated software, design, and content are the exclusive property of Ashi Digital LLP. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for internal business use. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service.

7. Third-Party AI Services

ViziBull queries third-party AI APIs (OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity, DeepSeek) on your behalf. We are not responsible for the accuracy or appropriateness of third-party AI responses.

8. Data and Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses resulting from interruptions outside our control.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that AI tracking results are accurate, complete, or current.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ashi Digital LLP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Ashi Digital LLP from any claims arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or non-payment. Your right to use the service ceases immediately upon termination.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time with email notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
