This policy describes how Ashi Digital LLP ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use ViziBull.

1. Information We Collect

Account data: Name, email, company name on signup.
Project data: Website URLs, brand names, competitors, and tracking prompts you enter.
Payment data: Billing details processed by Razorpay/Stripe. We do not store card numbers.
Usage data: Pages visited, features used, IP address, browser and OS type.
AI response data: Responses from OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity, DeepSeek run on your behalf and stored to power our analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the ViziBull platform.
To process subscription payments and manage your account.
To send transactional emails (billing, alerts, account updates).
To send product updates (opt-out available at any time).
To detect fraud and ensure platform security.
To comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell your data. We share it only with:

Infrastructure: Firebase/Google Cloud (database, auth, storage), Vercel (hosting).
AI API providers: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, DeepSeek to run your tracking queries.
Payment processors: Razorpay / Stripe (PCI-DSS compliant).
Legal authorities: When required by law or to protect our rights.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. AI response data is retained for 12 months. You may request deletion at any time by emailing hello@vizibull.ai. Requests are processed within 30 days.

5. Cookies

Strictly necessary: Authentication tokens required for login.
Analytics: Anonymous usage metrics via Vercel Analytics.
Preferences: Theme and UI settings.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, delete, or export your data, and withdraw consent for marketing at any time. Email hello@vizibull.ai to exercise these rights.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, Firebase security rules, secret management, and strict access controls. No system is 100% secure.

8. Children

ViziBull is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. International Transfers

Data may be processed outside India (US-based servers). By using our service, you consent to such transfers.

10. Policy Changes

We will notify you of significant changes via email or on-site notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
