Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy governs refunds and cancellations for paid subscriptions to ViziBull, a product of Ashi Digital LLP. Please read it before making a purchase.
1. Subscription Model
ViziBull operates on a subscription basis with monthly or annual billing. Fees are charged in advance at the start of each billing cycle, inclusive of applicable taxes.
2. Free Trial
Waitlist users receive a 30-day free trial on eligible plans. No payment is charged during the trial. Cancel before the trial ends with no charge.
3. Cancellation
Cancel via account settings or by emailing hello@vizibull.ai.
- Subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be billed again after cancellation.
- Data is retained for 30 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
4. Refund Eligibility
- 7-day window: Full refund if requested within 7 days of initial subscription and significant API credits have not been consumed. Request via email to hello@vizibull.ai.
- Technical failure: Pro-rata refund if ViziBull is unavailable for a cumulative 72 hours or more in a 30-day billing cycle due to our error.
- Billing errors: Duplicate charges or incorrect amounts are refunded in full promptly.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
- Renewal charges where cancellation was not completed before the renewal date.
- Partial months of service after mid-cycle cancellation.
- Promotional or discounted subscriptions, unless stated otherwise.
- Annual subscriptions after the 7-day refund window has passed.
- Consumed AI API credits (real-time usage cannot be reversed).
6. How to Request a Refund

Include: your registered email, transaction or invoice ID, and reason for the refund.
We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds process within 5–10 business days.

7. Disputes and Chargebacks
Contact us at hello@vizibull.ai before initiating a chargeback. We commit to resolving all issues fairly. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in account suspension.
